Sorry for my long absence once again! And thank you for all the favourites and comments you have left. I will answer all of them as soon as I can.

So, what I have been up to? In addition to that strange thing called real life, I have been fiddling with that rpg project of ours, SteamJazz www.steamjazz.net/ . As we are trying to make a test play version of it, I have been doing more writing than pictures for it for the autumn, that is why the rare updates here. I'll try to get some scetches and consept art up at least, as well as some artisan works of mine I did during the summer.

I have been a bit silent here lately, sorry for that. One thing I have been busy with is our pen & paper RPG project, SteamJazz.

Me, :iconblackghoul: and :iconwannabevampirelizard: started and coordinate now a steampunk rpg project. Our idea is to create a pen & paper roleplaying game, complete with rules and setting, for all the steampunkers to use freely. The game will be released as a free to download pdf some day, when we get it finished. Currently the project is still much under construction, but today we got the net site, forum and fb site ready and public, so go check them out! I must say I'm pretty exited of the project already.

So, I hope that in future I can be more active here on dA again too, and you can expect me to post lots of steampunk inspired stuff here.

Do check www.steamjazz.net www.steamjazz.net/home for more information about the project and the game itself!

Now it is here! TAGAP 2, www.tagap.net/index.html, the second coming of the Penguin Apocalypse! TAGAP 2 is a project by two of my friends, where my husband did the voices of Primo, the baddie, and I got the honor to be requested a wallpaper of the subject for the release week. The game is  2D-platformer-shoot-em-up adventure with penguin heroes, Pablo and Pedro, clearing their way through masses of zombie penguins to prevent the Penguin Apocalypse. The first one of the games was a treat, and the second one makes things even better! And what is great, these fellows are charging nothing for the game: it is pure freeware, no microtransactions, no adds, not even a donation button on the site. So go check it out right away, it is definitely worth it.

On another note, I am now back from RopeCon 2011, a finnish roleplaying convention. For that I made cosplay costumes of classic DC comics characters for myself and few of my friends. I'll post some pictures as soon as I get the pics loaded from camera to computer.

Greetings!

I start off with a confession: I'm lazy to write anything. Maybe that is the reason I haven't posted much information here before. But I thought to tell something about myself to those, who visit my page here.

I am not an artist by profession (as you most likely can see ;)), but have a full-time job completely unrelated to art. I have doodled and drawn as long as I can remember, but the inspiration for making more finished pictures came when I started playing tabletop rpg:s (already over 10 years ago), and drawing the pictures of my characters. I have hobbies from quite wide range from computer games, boardgames and tabletop rpg:s to reading (mostly fantasy novels) and African styled dancing. Doing art is very close to my heart, and an important hobby, but this wide range of things I'm doing means I manage to really finish a work only every now and then.

I have never been good in sticking into just one thing, but I'm always itching to try something new. Currently artisan crafts are inspiring me, and I have some costumes under work just as I write this. I feel I have most experience with pencil and watercolor works, and digital techniques are getting me more and more into them as I learn more of them. Some time ago I also got interested in miniature game called Warmachine, mostly because their awesome looking miniatures (though the game is lots of fun too), so you'll be seeing my painting on those here too.

After all this ranting about myself, I have one thing to say to everyone: Enjoy the art!
